Working with Kieran was awesome! I separately invited three RE brokers to conduct a walk-through of my home and then asked each to propose how they could help me sell it. Kieran got the assignment. He had offered the best ideas on how I should prepare the home for listing. Even his ideas for photographing and describing my home were superior. His suggested listing price was spot-on, I received three offers within four days of listing the property.
During the whole process, Kieran kept in contact with me and communicated back and forth with the other agents as appropriate. He seemed to intuitively glean insights that were valuable to me as the seller. Kieran's steady manner and his consultive way were reassuring when the inevitable "bumps" in the road to closing would occur. It made my decision making that much easier.

I cannot say enough AMAZING things about Kieran. This man puts his heart and soul into his work. Kieran is an excellent real estate agent. I've worked with him a few times, both buying and selling. His knowledge of real estate and neighborhoods as a great agent certainly is important; what you also get with Kieran is his knowledge of construction and the quality of the workmanship when you walk through homes with him. He is always honest and upfront about the homes you look at and will point out the good qualities as well as any challenges he anticipates might arise. Kieran helped us find an apartment when we moved from San Diego to Chicago. In 2010 I married the man of my dreams....but before we could move into the house of my dreams I had to sell my condo and that's where Kieran stepped in and not only made my dream come true, but prevented the process from becoming a nightmare. It was 2009 and heartthrob Patrick Swayze died, the swine flu outbreak was in full effect, the Sears tower was officially re-named the Willis Tower and the real estate market was at the bottom of lake Michigan. We didn't have a lot of confidence we would be able to sell let alone for a price that would prevent us from calling Peter Francis Geraci at the bankruptcy hotline, but Kieran was our four leaf clover. Through his wide range of real estate contacts he found us the perfect buyer in a very short amount of time and we settled at a great price considering the market. I only wish Chicago side streets were as smooth as the listing and selling process with Kieran. Trust me, if you want to buy, sell or list your house, choosing anyone else will be like driving over a ton of pot holes. Call Kieran!

Kieran is a top shelf real estate agent. There's an advertisement that says "You're in good hands with Allstate." Well trust me, if you want to buy or sell your property, you are in good hands with Kieran Fahy. We were so impressed with his knowledge, expertise, friendliness and the personal attention he gave us, we used him twice to not only buy our house but to also sell my wife's condo (and if she gets her wish to an upgrade we'll be using him a 3rd time that's for sure). They say Chicago is the city of broad shoulders, home to Da' Bears, Da' bratwurst, and what I would consider Da' best man in real estate: Kieran Fahy. I might hesitate on the bratwurst from time to time, but I wouldn't hesitate calling him if you are looking to buy or sell your home. I sure didn't. For the time being my wife got her dream house on the South Side due to Kieran's expertise, and I got a pretty nice man cave out of it to boot. Kieran Fahy is highly recommended.
